Samuel Geltman & Company has managed residential real estate since its incorporation in 1966. As a family-owned firm, it has always stressed the personal touch in its management style, employing a three-tier oversight model consisting of its dedicated and professional on-site personnel, its highly-trained and experienced regional property managers, and the Company executive officers themselves, who regularly inspect all properties.  Such oversight ensures a continuous adherence to the Company’s high standards of maintenance and operations.

The firm manages only those properties in which its principals have a financial interest.
